I do not recommend this place at all & highly recommend staying away from this shop! Got my transmission done & agreed to have it rebuilt in house. Mechanic ended up replacing transmission all together without letting me know & basically just said it had to be done so pay up. Car still had the same problem & he said it could be the master & slave cylinder for transmission & recommended to replace them. First parts came in bad so he had to order another set. I had gone to check my cars transmission. He just drove my car and opened hood check oil and said change struts both side and done he charged 90 dollor for inspection in 5 minutes. I never recommend for new people to this shop.

I got stuck midway through a road trip from NorCal to SoCal. The first shop I was towed to I felt very uneasy about and didn't have a great experience including being charged a ridiculous amount (after looking up estimated costs of repair). I spent hours there before they quickly told me I'd have to wait another day up to a week for repair. I found North Bay through a Google search and discovered they stayed open a couple hours later. Sergio was great to work with. I came in, car limping, with a transmission code on. I told him my code, and he gave me a couple of options. He was able to squeeze me in within 24 hours. The man knows transmissions. Super grateful to have this shop in the hood. Don’t hesitate to bring your car in here.
