My brother Mike lived at North Bay for more than five years until his passing in July. The staff has always been there for him. They were helpful, professional and caring his entire stay there. Our family is greatful that Mike was able to spend his last years there.

I’ve called off two different phones for the last 25 minutes , left 4 voicemails, and have gotten through to absolutely nobody. I’m trying to get ahold of my grandpa and no one seems to want to answer the phones. Very unprofessional and alarming.

I’ve tried calling about 15 times now to get ahold of my grandpa. finally got through to somebody on the 15TH TRY!! They answered , I told them my grandpas name and they responded with “I think I know what he looks like, I’ll have him call you back” and then hung up it’s been 10 minutes now and still haven’t gotten ahold of my grandpa. very unprofessional, this company needs to do ALOT better.

My sister has been at “North Bay Post Acute” for over 3 yrs now. I see her 1x week and feel confident that she’s in good hands. Great staff that keep me in the loop regarding her treatment and physical condition. I recommend this facility to those seeking rehabilitative or long term care for an individual. Harvey

The moment we walked in the staff was so welcoming and helpful. You can tell that there is true compassion coming from The Team taking care of my step-dad. They have continually checked in to make sure we are all on the same page and that his needs are being addressed. I feel supported by the staff while I am there visiting, and they all welcome me with a smile. The staff I haven’t met , introduce themselves and I appreciate that. The care seems more attentive and from the heart for sure
