Having had a previous bad experience at assisted living, this place is amazing. I was scared that I had to go to assisted living a second time, but after reading the reviews of this place I thought it would be all right. I arrived, stayed the night and then the next day they got me situated. They were very thorough. Attentive, polite, kind and listen to my needs. This place is noisy. It takes forever to get anything done like a doctors appointment or any medical things. Some of the staff is very rude. Due to the neglect of the facilities social services I ended up hospitalized with a bone infection and had to go into surgery. They are very understaffed sometimes it takes an hour to get any response . Nurses have gone to their lunch before deciding to change me leaving me for 30 minutes or more.

I was talking to another resident one morning and he made me a little teary eyed. He's an older gentleman and we were talking about when I get discharged. He told me when I get discharged I will be leaving a hole in some of their hearts . He told me that I have made my spot in a lot of their hearts and I won't be forgotten . I've only been here since 6/24 and at first I wanted to be saved I hated it here but once I accepted that I needed to be here I opened up.
