We were happy to trust the care of our mother and father to North Bay Home Care over the years. The tender loving care they received from each staff member was always respectful, knowledgable and compassionate. Communication and scheduling was clear and dependable. We had a team of amazing, loving and dedicated caregivers from North Bay Home Care take care of my dad around the clock for 9 months before his passing. Even the Hospice nurses commented about how well he was cared for. There was no turnover, they were there on time, they were flexible if we needed something extra. 2 caregivers helped to fulfill my dad’s wish to visit our ranch one more time and they came with us! The most valuable asset we have in caring for our two living-in-their-own-home 96-year-old parents, one of whom has suffered a stroke, is the care provided by the two wonderful caretakers, Akanesi and Emele, that Vinnie, owner of North Bay Home Care, began providing us with in October 2022 when my mother was released to go home after her stroke. We have been delighted with the caregivers from North Bay Home Care. We first needed help when I got sick and couldn't care for my husband (who is paralyzed following two strokes) for two weeks. Since then, we have had a regular caregiver come three days a week to assist me. Our aide is generous, kind, compassionate, and an astounding addition to our family. This has been a tough time for our family, and North Bay Home Care has been one of the few bright spots.
