I had the wife pull in to Ford in Santa Cruz to check out trans Leak on her 2017 Ford. Manager was rude and didn't help her or give advice. I had the car towed to Watsonville and had it fixed. If the guy worked for me I would have fired him .
Terrible business. Took my vehicle here twice. The first time, I had a coolant leak and they told me it would be 2 days. 3 days later I had to call them and they said it would be another 2 days. Another 4 days later and they said it would be a few more days. It ended up being almost a month. Second time, I brought in my car with 2700 miles on it and it had a tire bulge (picture attached). I went down to smog my 1995 Ford Ranger pickup at Santa Cruz Tire and Auto Care. The smog station said I needed a new gasoline filler tube which they said North Bay would charge $417.00 for this item. So I looked up the price for it online as a after market item and found that it was selling for $69.00 for the exact same part.
