Very promptly called me right back and got me into the office 2 days later. Friendly and professional staff. Music in office truly made my day! Thank you!!!
My experience is that they don't answer their phones nor do they call back when a message is left.
Seriously impossible to schedule an appointment. No one answers the phone. You will NEVER call and talk to a person - only an answering machine. It is THE most frustrating doctor office I have ever had to deal with
My daughter was seen here twice within the last two months by the nurse practitioner Doreen Gagne. She was so sweet and felt like family. She was down to earth and real personable. She listened well and she took the time to explain everything to us. The staff were nice and respectful. They weren't extra chatty so I guess some people may take that in a different way but we never had any problems. They were cool with us and complimented my kids as they were singing in the waiting room, lol. They were timely too so that was goo... read more
Don't get me wrong I LOVE Dr. Day, but it's the desk workers, I have NEVER Gotten threw to them ANYTIME I have ever called, left VM's and even sent them a message threw sum link they had sent me? accept for the very first time I ever went there.. sense then the only way is by walking in, and even still the desk workers seem to be bothered by your presence and don't like it there?
