Bad.Bad.Bad. Went in for a clogged ear. Thought I was going to see an ENT doctor, but instead, was seen by a nurse practioner. She was rude, didn't listen to my concerns. Assumed I had TMJ, told me to to see a dentist because they don't treat that condition prescribed antihistamines and told me to see a dentist for a mouth guard. I already wear Invisalign at night. This in all of 15 - 20 minutes if that and I was out the door. By the way, I do not have TMJ. WASTES OF TIME AND MONEY
Very promptly called me right back and got me into the office 2 days later. Friendly and professional staff. Music in office truly made my day! Thank you!!!
My experience is that they don't answer their phones nor do they call back when a message is left.
Seriously impossible to schedule an appointment. No one answers the phone. You will NEVER call and talk to a person - only an answering machine. It is THE most frustrating doctor office I have ever had to deal with
