They will harass you about always changing your password and also user ID for online banking. And if you make more than one error trying to login they will lock your account. I really resent it. "Your account has been locked. To unlock your account, contact the credit union or use the link below. An email will be sent to the email address on file with the credit union." I Love My Bank! Best banking experience by far! Customer service is exceptional! They are friendly and helpful and I wouldn't bank with anyone else!
