Why is it so difficult to pay, phone method useless, customer service no help at all, " just keep trying sir, we know it has issues but should work eventually"
I took the MRF tour today and it was excellent. The work that goes in to recycle our waste is truly remarkable; both high tech and also labor intensive. It also made me realize the impact of our (my) actions on things we take for granted like our weekly trash pickup. Something that might seem innocent like putting the wrong items in the wrong bin and thinking it’s not a big deal means someone, a human, at the MRF needs to fix it. That compounds. A rep from Recology came to speak at my work to help us understand what goes in what bin and that’s been so helpful. Also, I’m here to ask if they can host this Resuse Bazaar multiple times a year?! People donated these nice, working, quality items they no longer needed or wanted and then the “shopping” began a short time after. Everything was FREE. My friend took home a cool drum set, I have a bag of nice clothes. It was a great event. Thank you so much to all the volunteers! Much appreciated.
