I am in shock and feeling utter disgust by the behavior displayed by HVAC technician Michael McDonald. When asked about when the air conditioning system would be up and running ((because my husband has a business to operate) his responses were completely out of line and over the top with an aggressive attitude. I have no idea why a simple inquiry was met with such belligerent venom.
