Fernando is THE MOST honest and professional mechanic I’ve ever had. He has never once tried to up charge me, he’s honest and fair, and he patiently explains issues without being condescending or overly technical. 10/10 would recommend.
Terrible experience. I went for an oil change last Friday. It was the second time. It started with them not keeping the advertised price (of $50) that they had charged the first time, a few months ago. I paid $75 this time. In the end, they recommended several services, including a transmission fluid change. I didn't do it because I still have 20,000 miles to go.
