I want to tell everyone about our experience. From the moment we walked in, the girl's up front were Super Nice, made me feel welcome & a little less anxious about being somewhere new (one even brought me coffee, with cream & sugar). Every person I've spoken to on the phone has been so friendly, helpful & kind. My little pit bull "Twinkle" has had blood in her urine. It's took me 9 months and two therapists to feel strong enough to write this review. My experience with this clinic and the horrible death of my 8 month old kitten was the result of incompetence and callousness. I found this text that I wrote them that states the bulk of my complaint. For context, I was billed over $2,600 and because I was in no condition to deal with this the day after I buried my kitten, I asked them decide what refund they thought was fair under the circumstances (in exchange for promising not to sue th... read more
