Talk about taking advantage of an old lady. My mom went in for a recall and was told she needed an oil change and new tires. My husband changed her oil in the late summer and she hardly drives so no way her oil needed to be changed. She passed on the tires and went to Fountain tire and was told her tires were good. Maybe in the fall they could be changed but not right now. So not sure what Hyundai was trying to pull, saw someone they could take advantage of.
It's a great place . Building had an awesome face-lift Love dealing with the people there They are always willing to help I have purchased my vehicles there I had a 2015 jeep patriot was my first one . I’ve had the pleasure of servicing my vehicle with NB Hyundai a handful of times now and I’m always happy with the service I receive. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, they are able to get me booked in without substantial wait times, and the shuttle is always prompt, with a friendly driver! Highly recommend!
Real professionals. I don't give 10s so I give this dealership a 9.5 out of ten. First, they cut down on my bill by finding the extra warranty I purchased a little over a year ago from the Stoon Hyundai dealership, I just had to pay the $100 deductable. They then did an auto detailing without me asking for one. They went above and beyond. This was my first time having any business with this dealership and I will definitely go back. I would recommend them.
Id say this is a very good place to get a vehicle. Friendly and helpful staff.
