I just went to my first visit with nurse practitioner Kimberly Ragland. As much as I hate writing a bad review, I have to be honest. I wasn't very impressed with Miss Ragland because I felt I wasn't being listened to. But it's not exclusive to them. Franklin clinic doctors are the same way. I asked Ms. Ragland to write an order so I could have a CT scan because I needed it to have a treatment called focused ultrasound retreat my essential tremors. Kimmie Ragland is the best! She is so easy to work with and really listens to your concerns. She has guided me in several ways with new medications, and also made sure to check in at a later date to ensure everything was going well. I would highly recommend her.
I have never met someone as rude & unprofessional as the lady with black crunchy hair, Coleman or something, needs to be fired immediately. Cusses at people in the workplace as well, should never be allowed to work in any healthcare establishment again.
