They sent my bills to collection directly after my last bill was processed through insurance. I was waiting for an updated balance once that bill processed so I could take care of it all at once. I've had issues repeatedly with all of North Baldwin Infirmary and its clinics. This includes many bills not put through insurance, attempts to overcharge with misinformation on my bill, bills sent to my parents' insurance address instead of the address they have on file for me, and a failure to send final notices.

I was looking for a new doctor and got lucky when Google suggested this place. The staff is great and I am very impressed with Dr. Bicksler. She listened to me, answered my questions and wasn’t condescending. Plus the online support to see test results is great.
