I am so happy that we have such a great pet store in our town!!! Roxey and Lisa are so helpful every time my family or I go in. Thanks for all you do!
Lady was a total bitch to me n my kiddo. Plus had dead animals in cage. Never going there again.
This pet store is great until they make a mistake. We traveled to Spearfish to purchased a gerbil and triple checked with them that it was a male. Unfortunately the gerbil turned out to be a female. They would not work with us in returning and replacing for a male gerbil. Now I have my three original gerbils that are fighting to the point of blood, and a broken hearted daughter over the $8 mistake that the store just shrugged off. Luckily a different pet store is going to help us with this situation.
Great place. Very helpful, kind and all around great local small business. Recommended highly, for all your pet needs, if all kinds of Pets.
It's an interesting place, but not too far away from home. That's what I love most about this pet store and the workers there are extermly nice. The prices are good enough for anyone. Like the old stories say: not too big, not too small. What I say: it is just right.
Wonderful amazing people! Wonderful products and willing to help! Even supportive of my bird who likes her beer....(not given to her unless she steals a sip or two)
