Spoke to Ange on the phone and she was incredibly rude, did not let me speak over the phone definitely wouldn't want to do business with anyone that speaks to strangers like that over the phone.
He was able to come out same day with no diagnostic fee, unlike other places that charge between $39 and $96, some of which don't even apply the fee to the actual repair. Within minutes, he found the problem (a busted fuse) that another person had overlooked, saving me hundreds in replacement parts that the person wanted to charge me. I greatly appreciate it the timely response, honesty and knowledge that was shared to us about how the system works. I'll be sure to use only this company going forward.
Very impressed with ATX AC and their team. They are reliable and very friendly. In the heat of the summer the got ouR AC fixed in no time. We recommend them to anyone. Will be the only AC company we use from now on.
