Small & intimate, too many mistakes at the other one that has many Pharmacies across Massachusetts
They are everything that the huge corporations have forgotten they used to be.
This pharmacy’s customer service could be significantly improved. Better communication and a more courteous approach would greatly enhance the experience for the people they serve. Courtesy and kindness are essential in a service-based setting, and there is clear room for growth in these areas.
I wish i found this place sooner. They treat you with dignity and respect. Within a mile of my house there is a CVS and WALGREENS but id rather drive 4 miles to be treated kindly. Excellent place!💯
