I have never been compelled to write a review before, but after months of reflection I feel I owe anyone who might actually come and check the reviews prior to booking a word of warning. We were given one solo practice run before our first line. On this first official line we were told to go in tandem - something they didn't get us to practice. The person behind me (in charge of breaking for the two of us) did not realize they would be unable to see the platform around my helmet. They failed to break causing us to crash full... read more
We had an absolutely wonderful time as a family doing this tour. Kyle, Jacob and Cole were fantastic guides and so much fun. This is a definite must do in summer and winter! There is a bit of a hike at the beginning - but you forget all about it by the end of the adventure!
