If you like blues music then this is the place to go! What an amazing time!
It was okay it was an outing. For that price they need big name performance. Also It need a better quality sound system. I don't think we'll go next year. Oh by the way stay away from the chicken tender food truck! I ordered chicken tenders and fries it came to like 15 bucks the fries were pre-cooked and the chicken tenders were cold and doughy!
This is our 5th time attending since 2008. As always, the music is top shelf, the venue is spectacular, and all aspects are well-organized. Thanks Paul Benjamin et al.!
Saturday was 5 star - simply butt kicking, solid blues. Memphis Lightning best opening ever; Primer, Moss, Dennis, Tasha, and Ronnie - with the Sweet Home Chicago jam - Damn. Not great Sunday, 3 star; though Roomful was it's usually excellent self. Not sure about having Bobby talk for 90% of his show appropriate. Best weather ever.
