I keep receiving bills from 2021. I tried taking care of this in 2021 and was spoken to with arrogance and disrespect from the "collection guy." I emailed the "collection person" copies of the payment that was made with proof that it was paid. I am tired of being harassed. I have changed cardiologist because of their faulty billing department. Save yourself from the anxiety.

There is absolutely no communication between patient and billing services. After numerous attempts to correct the issue they refused to refund the money even though they knew they were paid twice.
