Only giving 1 star because I can't give 0...my husband bought a Grill Dome from these guys (after being it being pushed on us over green egg for supposedly better quality). We smoked one piece of meat on it and the top piece cracked and other parts were stained. Our friends with GDs have not experienced these issues and they were the ones who were teaching us how to use. This company was zero help - kept bringing up warranty when they sold a faulty product! I was in the market for a new Gas Grill and discovered North Atlanta Fireplace. I met with the owner David, and he explained the differences between what you can buy from the big box stores, and what he had available. I decided to purchase the smallest model of their Saber Grills and am very satisfied with the quality as well as the price. They not only delivered and installed my new grill, but converted it over to use natural gas, and took my old unreliable grill away.
