I got a tonsillectomy and a septoplasty here, doctors are fast and the nurses are so so sweet, I felt so taken care of and monitored, as an 18 year old who kinda had to navigate some parts by myself they made sure to explain everything to me. Gave me water right after kept me so comfortable and even took a picture of the tonsils when asked, if you’re gonna go anywhere go here. They make it a point to make sure you’re comfortable and feeling distracted. Loved the conversations too, everything felt genuine. 10/10
My wife had her first appointment with North Atlanta ENT today and it was a very good experience. Everyone was very friendly friendly and helpful. She saw Dr Joseph Sciarrino and he was very nice and and through. Very good doctor. My wife will definitely see him for her next ENT appointment.
If you want to pay $590 for a doctor to shine that little light in your ear, nose and throat for about 30 seconds, AND pay a $350 office visit for 10 minutes of time on top of that only for them to tell you get some over the counter medications, feel free to visit this business. I submitted an insurance fraud case against them. Somebody has to step up and stop the insanity of doctors scamming Americans and insurance companies for charges that are criminal. A doctor had a family emergency this morning. However, no one called, messaged, or emailed me to reschedule. They verified my phone number & email, which were correct. They weren't willing to work my son in with another doctor today, despite their mistakes. We'll find another office who respects their patients' time more. Unfortunately, my son will have to miss school again to visit another practice.
I met my deductible and the front office staff even confirmed this when I asked if I owed anything at the end of the visit. A few months later, their rude billing staff Kaydee Zelgewicz started harrassing me on email claiming the deductible wasn't met. I went to several other doctors before here and they said it was met, so she is flat out lying to try to collect more from me. The showed me a statement which showed they got paid very well from insurance, but they are greedy and want even more from the patient.
