Wonderful staff and Dr Dao was great!
Dao was okay on a learning curve until Dr. Bernier was no longer on site. Dao and her assistant were working on my tooth and they were engaged in loud nonstop chatter about their private endeavors. The assistant was digging her elbow in my side to the point of severe discomfort and since my mouth was numb I tried to raise my hand to get her attention (which is what Dao instructed me to do before she numbed me.) Great no nonsense dental care. Love it.
My husband and I have had a great experience with this practice! They are friendly, punctual, and the hygienists are very gentle when cleaning our teeth. Dr. Dao is wonderful as well! Highly recommend this dentist!!
They took good care of my teeth but trying to cancel my insurance I had through them was harder than expected. The lady who canceled it today was helpful but I talked to someone in October who made it seem like my last payment should’ve been December. I was charged 39 bucks yesterday which they “can’t refund”. I am very diligent with my money so if the person I talked to in October had told me I needed to call them again in December or whenever, I would have done so!!!!
