I had a very poor experience with this office. I was initially told my referral had not been received, despite having confirmation it was faxed. There was no follow-up once it was received—I had to call back myself. When I spoke with staff again, I was then told I needed to have my imaging sent before I could even schedule. They don’t even deserve ONE star. This respiratory clinic is a complete joke. The way we were treated over the phone was disgusting and unacceptable especially toward a patient with a serious breathing condition and active wheezing. My partner simply called to check the status of a referral so he could be seen faster due to how bad he was feeling.
