I have had a good experience with their practice and their office staff. I'm writing this review to acknowledge the empathy, diligence and overall great experience that I have had with Dr. Kayla Epple. I would highly recommend her. She listened to my concerns and tried to ensure that everything was handled in a timely manner. I can't thank her enough for her kindness. If you work with Dr. Epple, you will be in great hands.
I usually like the other doctor never had a problem with them. However, I had an appointment with Dr. Qaqa for the first time and he is very dismissive and condescending. I felt uncomfortable with the way he was talking to me. Spoke to me as if I was incompetent, extremely dissatisfied with my appointment.
Don't waste your time scheduling your appointment here!!! The front desk is so rude and irresponsible! They don't know what they're doing.I waited more than a month to have my son's appointment and finally when we went ,the office was closed.No one ever called to let us know.Next day I called them to complain and they gave me next day appointment at 4pm ,I asked them if I could have later appointment but they said since he was a new patient they couldn't schedule him later that 4pm appointment was the latest for new patients... read more
I have seen the Cardilogist Dr. Raza, eg is really professional and took time to listen to me and try to help me with my situation. Office staff are courteous and helpful. Wait time is reasonable. Making appointments and managing any health issues via their patient portal is really convenient and easy!
