Tyler from NAEC in Mountain Home came out and gave me great advice for reducing my energy bill. He was very helpful, courteous and resourceful!
Power was out all day and only came back on for a couple hours. It then went out at a little after midnight due to a fire? Sounds like poorly maintained infrastructure but I’m sure they collect their money on time. When I called in the outage the lady was rude and hung up on me. Guess this is what I get for moving back to the redneck part of the country.

Their phones keep hanging up on me.
Tired of never being able to get through when electric or Internet outage. Roll your phones over to other desk so you have multiple call takers. Been this way for awhile since new leadership.
