I scheduled a surgical consult. I provided the front desk with my dogs vet information so that they could get her medical history prior to the appointment. I got to the consult and the doctor did not have her medical history. The consult was scheduled a week in advance, so there is plenty of enough time to get the documentation. The consult was not as productive as it should have been. The doctor needed to additional research that could have been done prior to.
