Customer service is very lacking. They will not come out to provide an estimate unless you find a model number on your window or door-which is impossible to find.
I purchased a home to renovate, which came with newly installed Kolbe doors from North American Window & Door. When I found that the door locks were not functioning properly, I contacted Kirk at NAW&D. He promptly arranged for a service technician and let me know the doors were still under warranty, so the repair was free of charge.
