Movers were very respectful and listened to us and worked with us. I wish they would have assigned same number of movers for delivery as well. By the time the movers were done with unloading at the destination site, we could sense they were exhausted. Moving coordinator was very good to work with. One aspect that can be improved is communication to let customers know the final quote a couple if days in advance if the delivery.
Great experience! The movers were very careful packing my belongings. They treated my possessions like their own. Very fast, efficient, courteous. I highly recommend if you have moving needs!!!
Initially had a good experience but as the day went on it just got worse. The three movers would continually take multiple breaks. They were constantly chatting amongst themselves and complaining about the job. They would also be dragging their feet walking around and moving only one or two bags at a time from the fourth floor to their truck. I couldn’t tell if they were lazy or just trying to purposefully drag out the time. One of the movers was also outside vaping at one point. Even driving to the new location, which was o... read more
