Everything went well all my things arrived safe and secure.
North American Van Lines Petaluma personnel were professional, friendly and easy to communicate with. All the personnel we worked with (site evaluator Gus, move coordinator Luis, the driver Ramiro and work crews) provided prompt answers to any questions or concerns and were easy to talk with. Both loading and unloading of household items were handled with care. Items that were disassembled were re-assembled at delivery and placed where instructed. This move met and exceeded our expectations.
Very professional people. They were on time for packing, loading, and unliading, Everything was packed perfectly! Highly recommend them!
Very efficient process overall. Friendly workers, good communication. The final cost came in significantly under the initial estimate which was a nice surprise. Moving is never fun, but this time it was a lot easier than I would have expected.
