I do not recommend using North American. I scheduled a whole house, cross country move months ahead of time. When my driver arrived, he claimed that the driveway was too long and had a full truck anyway. He just left without telling me. North American, Tacoma said there was nothing they could do, since their drivers are independent contractors. I was due to leave for a new job on the other side of the country. Everyone I dealt with at NA Vanlines was extremely professional, took pride in their work, and made my experience 10/10 (or 5 stars). I would highly recommend North American Van Lines and would use them again in the future. From beginning to end, it was a smooth process and move. Communication was timely and they were always available to answer any questions. I was kept up-to-date throughout the move. The loading and unloading was done with care and very efficient. Everyone was supportive and friendly. Their professionalism and expertise made my move less stressful.
