They moved me from Salem, OR, to Greenville, SC. The load/unload manager was professional, but they took 16 days to get my goods cross country, and I've never had a mover take that long for a cross country move. Also, the local office in Salem was remiss in providing me with cost and transit information; they had the office manager and moving agent out of the office at the same time during my move. So, all told, I would not use this mover again.
Scott was professional, courteous and prompt; his crew were respectful and efficient; picked me up and delivered me to the designated site where they efficiently put my things . Peace of mind achieved !
We had so much stuff!! It took up most of the truck. The driver, Shawn, and his packing crew were so polite, so easy to get along with, and very mindful of packing carefully. They managed all that stuff with ease, even the baby grand piano and heavy gun safe. They were hard working and packed anything we didn’t have packed. This trucking service was top notch. The driver kept in communication with us and the crew was so kinda and professional. They let my kiddo help with some of the small stuff and tipped him for his help. It was so special.
I am so happy that I used professionals to move from OR to FL. I did a majority of the box packing and they had to do some. Everything was well secured and nothing they packed was hurt. Do be aware, if the salesperson says you don't have to pack up drawers in cabinet type furniture, pack it anyway. That is where I went wrong. However, this move went very smoothly and Luis, my driver, was in communication with me throughout the whole process. It was as stress free as it can be.
