Everything from the assessment of my move and its cost to the pick up to the delivery went smoothly. Scott walked through and gave me a clear estimate. Jill helped coordinate the pick up. and there were no surprises which I appreciated. Cody Kildahl was excellent in getting my things to me across the country and made sure everything arrived. We were left devastated by this moving company. We trusted them with our most precious possessions. We watched them drop and damaged the majority of our furniture while loading them on to the truck. Almost everything was damaged before even getting on to the truck. This company was the most expensive quote we received and we chose them thinking they would be the most responsible with our most precious items. Good information through sales and move process. Moved across country - great crew to help load the truck up - then driver was great - the unloading crew was not as good as the load in crew only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars.
