Overall, I had a great experience with North American Van Lines. I was relocating from NJ to NC. At the start of this process, we had a consultant come and inventory my belongings in person which was great (Thanks Jason!) He was able to truly get a sense of how many items I had and made the pricing accurate. Jason provided a window for which the drivers would arrive to pick up and another window for the delivery. Our Ford Expedition was supposed to be delivered by this Tuesday, May 5th and we still have not received it. The last follow up was for delivery this weekend and I have tried calling and emailing the contacts I have and NO response. Extremely frustrated and worried that we may never receive our vehicle.
Our driver Bill was amazing . We had large furniture- and were moving to a smaller space . Bill and his team carefully prepared our belongings. He considered different option of moving a very large piece of furniture through a tight space. He communicated with us through out the process, was well organized and was comfortable to work with. All our belongings arrived safely.
Our interstate move was outstanding. Single price up front, no surprises, FANTASTIC crew, and not a scratch on anything. Well done guys.
