My husband and I have done 7 moves with well known van lines. This by far was the worst move we have ever done. The more we unpack the worse it gets. I have no words. I will not post pictures because it is unbelievably the worst pack job we have ever had.

Bad. Bad. Bad. The delivery came with some boxes totally destroyed. They refused to accept responsibility. There is no way they were in that condition at pick up. Michelle in customer service was very helpful, returned calls, and tried everything she could to assist us. Corporate was not agreeable and refused to accept responsibility . When moving I highly suggest you take pictures of any damaged items and boxes with the workers holding them. They won't be able to deny that they didn't notice the damage! Very happy with the moving services provided. Was a positive experience from the initial home visit by a relocation specialist who provided an estimate to the final delivery to my new home.
