Loaded up outa North American I love there shop clean and easy ty ..
My neighbors hired this company to move their stuff and this company decided to take a 65 foot semi in parking in front of my house in garage all day even though there’s a plenty of other parking spaces to park in and they said their reasoning was, they won’t be here all day and the walk is too farpretty much made their problem my problem so anytime I need to leave the house. I gotta wait 20 minutes until they can move the semi before I can actually get in and out of my home.

TLDR: Lost $900 for professional packers/movers to break my 77" OLED while packing (lifting while placing into the box) and create a hole in my drywall from dropping an armchair. Company would not redact charge for them packing the TV (when it broke), a TV carton that was unused, or helping pay to dispose of the large TV that I was forced to move for a claim. We had an AWFUL experience with American Van Lines. We will NEVER EVER use them again and we will tell anyone we know not to as well. They are real great up until the move and then it all goes to hell. They tell you the average delivery time is 3-5 days from pickup. . . try nearly 4 weeks !!! They also subcontracted the whole job to a totally different company, ITX, and never even mentioned it.
