They took my money right away and I filed a formal complaint with witnesses and pictures. Here are some pictures. I paid them to unpack. I am in a wheel chair. The mess in the living room is how they left things. The driver took my Temperpedic bed and literally pushed it out of the truck and a lady who lived on the top floor watched him do it.
