Very adaptable and understanding. Since their packers and driver work in the same business all communication was in house and made adjustments very smooth!
I moved from Michigan to Massachusetts. The loading at my apartment in Michigan went extremely well. The delivery at my apartment in Massachusetts was a disaster. My driver arrived late and wearing sandals. He spoke little English and was rude to me. He recruited 2 local guys to help him move me into my 3rd floor apartment. They were fantastic and felt bad for me because the driver refused to bring in the last piece of my oak wall unit. He also did not reveal that my glass china cabinet was broken. Everyone was great. I give 5 stars to everyone except the billing department. They were quick to charge my credit card, but when the price changed, instead of paying the difference, they biked me for the new full amount and it took over 5 days to reverse the charge from the first payment. Also I emailed Lauren several times and while I'm sure she did stuff in the background, she did not follow up with me by responding to my emails. Robin was great!
