The move consultant (Robin) and office coordinator (Lauren) were very nice and helpful. They worked hard to accommodate weather-caused emergencies in my moving process. The mover was friendly and cheerful, but not very professional. He did not do a complete inventory of all the items and did not put numbers on the items. As a result, some bed parts were missing so the bed could not be assembled at the destination. We recently moved from Michigan to California. We chose North American Van Lines (University Moving) because the woman who gave us the quote said “We understand it’s stuff, but it is your life and we treat it with respect.” This was the worst experience we have ever had moving and the most costly, even worse, the company has done nothing to rectify it.
