We used North American some years ago with no problem but our recent move didn't go as well. First off, they loaded when it was convenient for them, but it rushed us to get packed. Then, the unload was according to their schedule and we had to rearrange everything to meet it. In addition, four items were broken during transit, a wheel on an office chair, two wheels on a dining room chair, a leg on an expensive living tmtoom chair and a drawer on a wood file cabinet. As of now, I haven't received paperwork to make a claim.

Don’t fall for this this company is total scam they make you to put deposit money don’t show up in time and huge extra charges like $2000 move went up like $10000 . And they’re just brokers and they lie that they are direct movers DO NoT USE or TRUST this this is scam
