The walk-through with their estimator went OK. He even came back out a second time to verify the estimated weight which ultimately he was off of by 8000 pounds. Move forward to packout day, The crew was late and a guy wearing a shirt with a name Erek on it was coked out of his mind. It was supposed to be a two day pack, but the Packers worked only for a handful of hours each day, and it turned into a three day pack out, coinciding with our load. These guys are incredibly good. They moved our family of six from Utah to Florida without any issues or missing or damaged items. Izzy was absolutely friendly, communicative, and reliable. We couldn't have been more happy with our experience.
I used North American Van Lines for my move from Utah to California. Overall, the packing, loading, and delivery of my items were completed without any issues. The one aspect I want to comment on is the additional stop I requested. During the initial consultation, I requested this stop, and it was verified and confirmed by the agent. However, when the driver arrived at my residence to pack my items, she was not aware of the additional stop.
