They were awesome
Our hired this company for our cross country move. I would not recommend this company for a lot of reasons. First, their packers didn’t label our boxes very well. Most just said decor so when we got them To our new home we had a difficult time knowing where things were placed. They also put all our electric tv cords in one box and that box showed up a week after our first truck. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t put the cords with the tv or electronics it goes with. Had my move from FL to UT. I've used other companies in the past such as MayFlower, and United. Yet, North American Van Lines has been the best for interstate moves. I plan on using them in the future again. My only advice to North American is to make sure you're vetting every person that comes inside the client's property. My 12V Dewalt Battery is missing. Don't want to say someone stole my battery because that's a grave accusation, yet I'm missing it. Other than that, the crews were fantastic. Very grateful for their work ... read more
