Loading and Deliver was good, but scheduling was terrible. Estimate was to be in person, but agent didn't show up and finally did it via internet 4 hours late. Scheduler didn't answer questions and wasn't aware fee was paid 4 days prior, Delivery was postponed by 3 days.
We were told our items would be stored in a temperature-controlled warehouse. And we found out that they were loaded in the trailer and parked in the parking lot for two months! Flat out lied to us! We paid a significant amount of money to have this service!
We’re not for my driver Curtis, my move would’ve been an absolute disaster. The two other people coordinating with me were OK, which is why I give this company a three star rating. I’m personally giving my driver the other two stars and then some. He was wonderful to work with.
