Horrible! Packing crew showed up 2.5 hrs late in a rented Uhaul truck with insufficient boxes. At 5pm after raising the issue to the GM he dispatched 2 additional packers w/boxes, didn’t finish until midnight…. And many items were not packed that should have been, the driver and loading crew had to the next day. Horrible experience!!!!! The loading, driver, unloading crew were great. Avoid this mover at all cost!

I was told that upon delivery everything would be put in the appropriate rooms. Boxes were upside down. Wardrobe boxes were collapsing and collapsed and then heavy boxes were put on top. There was no way to move them off. The people were very nice but the one was not very professional with the other man. I was very embarrassed for him. I’m missing my baker’s rack. It was behind my bedroom closet door.. haven’t gotten to the very back of the boxes, maybe it’s there? They were very punctual and except for the elevator breaking... read more

This local company was the only one to come out to the house to provide an estimate. Follow up was great and response times were prompt. When the movers arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with the care they took in our house. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend The Beltmann Group!
