Wish there were negative Stars. We recently moved to Arkansas in an area where this company has a monopoly on internet. We have a contract with DirecTV for a TV service so could not bundle. Because of that we could not get fiber optic internet without paying almost $200 a month. We are paying for half speed internet for $120 a month. We've had our service for 4 days and a 6 Minute power outage has knocked out the internet service in the entire area for going on 3 hours now.
