Horrible experience, would never recommend. Incompetency at the highest level. Your home investment is too significant to settle for this type of poor substandard service. There are many title companies to choose from. You can avoid the type experience I encountered, by ensuring that you have a competent title company to handle your settlement. The one star is too high a rating but I had no option that was lower than a one star.
Derrick Quick went above and beyond to help close out a mortgage that another NATCO office wrote. He had no obligation to do so, but saved me a lot of time and effort. Thanks!
