pretty large plant with multiple gates. Security really wasn’t knowledgeable on which gate i was even expected to enter. Eventually got it figured out and was given directions on where to go. They said that someone would come to me with further instructions. Sat there over an hour before someone did. Unloading was quick once they finally started BUT they also have a policy of only putting initials on the bol’s when the broker requires A FULL NAME of who received it and won’t pay you otherwise.
Waste of time, a lot of time. Appointment means nothing to them
Dump end Shipping & Receiving is 8am to 4pm from what I was told not 24hrs. Way faster in and out with a dump than a flatbed. No onsite parking
Check in at 930a didnt get loaded till 140p appointment was 1007a. Highly unacceptable. If your an oo don't come here. Let the big company guys sit and get paid for detention. Oh and they don't pay until hr 5 for detention just FYI.
