staff sucks... you will never get a call back, ever!
Very troubling and sad news about Dr.Rastogi and North American Spine and Pain. 1st. My insurance company has I formed me of questionable billing practices. Inflated pricing on urinalysis and office visits mostly during covid as North American Spine and Pain transitioned to tele-med. I have many EOB that show how they obtained and attempted to obtaine money by deceit without justification.. My husband recently had an appointment with Dr Rastogi 2 weeks ago and another today on Dec. 28th to find out urine results so he could finally get some relief from the back pain. Well they said they didn't get the results yet. In the last 40 years that I have gotten urine tests they have only taken 2 to 3 days. All they have to do is look on line for results.
