I would give 5 stars but they no longer take my insurance which is heartbreaking considering how hard it is to find such a caring and thorough doctor nowadays. This was a completely new experience for me. Especially having back problems. I felt so safe, listened to, cared for as a patient (I know it's hard in the medical field for it to be more than that), and comfortable with what I had to do for my body to heal as well as become stabilized... I just want to say after reading all the reviews a lot of people really just don’t know about this office. There’s not one person in that office that is rude, the pregnant lady at the front desk was always nice and always helpful. Dr Falcon is one of a kind by far the best pain management doctor in this area. Your hearing is from a quadriplegic paralyzed chest down. I would recommend them to everyone who needs a pain management
From the front desk to the doctor - Dr. Falcon - everyone was super sweet, explained what the next steps for me were, and Dr. Falcon was wonderful! I highly recommend to anyone looking for pain management.
