Not sure I'll be going back. Had issues in the beginning with traveling to cherry hill or toms river to get nerve block shots and after waiting over an hour I left both times. There also seems to be a problem with charging my insurance with 2 different names, one is out of network while the other is in network. I don't get it but their billing office seems hard to get a hold of too.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone at the office was nice, caring and pleasant. I am a high anxiety patient and Dr. R allowed my husband to be with me for the procedure. Everyone knew how nervous I was and treated me so kindly. Procedure was not what I expected as it went fine and I worked myself up for nothing. Thank you so much!
As a retired customer service trainer with the USPS, I like to express my appreciation for people that I encounter, especially in doctor’s offices and medical facilities, that demonstrate good people skills. In your Northfield office, Allison and Olivia both have their own unique ways of making patients feel at ease and in good hands. I would give 5 stars but they no longer take my insurance which is heartbreaking considering how hard it is to find such a caring and thorough doctor nowadays. This was a completely new experience for me. Especially having back problems. I felt so safe, listened to, cared for as a patient (I know it's hard in the medical field for it to be more than that), and comfortable with what I had to do for my body to heal as well as become stabilized...
