This place basically ruined my life I've never suffered so much since their discharge without me even speaking to the doctor about the whole situation. It's years later and I still have no pain management doctor because of one failed test that I had to take because I needed my medicine instead of going to the emergency room and missing my appointment and going without medication for a month. My accident was 25 + years ago, that should give you an idea of how many Dr.s I’ve been to. This is by FAR THE WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL establishment I have ever been to! They don’t return calls, rude staff- Evelyes the receptionist at the Hanseport office was EXTREMELY RUDE & not helpful & in fact hung up on my fiance for asking questions she couldn’t answer. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I should have read the reviews before I went.
The front desk is so rude and unkind. They need more training on bedside manners and dress code. How does the front desk go to work dressed in sweat pants and sweat shirt? Customer service sucks because they don't have a management to report to when their staff is being rude to patients.
