Provided good service for gate repair and security access. Most of the companies that provide this service are challenging to deal with, these systems require maintanence, we dealt with Celeste and Larry, and they were responsive and did their best to always keep us up and running and secured.
What good does it do to have a security system that doesn't work at bedtime and the monitoring people can't help you when you cannot set your system and they tell you to call the office in the morning. Duh! Shouldn't there be some sort of recourse for headquarters to be notified that a customer is unable to secure the premises.
