Bad Service. Came to me. Forget necessary tools. Had to go buy the tools. Bang around on my mirror trying to get it off. Took my dash partially off to look for a wire. I found the wire under the front hood and showed it to the expert. I had told him that I was ok in splicing the wire. He said no way. So what did they do?? Spliced the wire. Then, Oh yes, there is more. Lost the screws to put it back together. While no excuse, the technician's regular vehicle was in the shop, and he did not have access to his normal tools, which is why he purchased new tools to complete your repair. While we do not generally like to splice wires- the wiring that came with the new mirror that you purchased, were not long enough; therefore splicing was the only option. "Professional" is an earned title and so are expert, thorough and knowledgeable. Tom and his tech Dixon are all of those. Congenial, pleasant and informative are personal traits and Tom and Dixon had all of these and they were a pleasure to deal with. In the electrical world of power problems there are two key issues - fixing the problem and safety. Tom and Dixon did just that and I thank them sincerely. I strongly recommend this Service.
