Do not buy a transmission from this place! I had one of there 6r140 heavy hauler transmissions installed in my 2019 powerstroke I drove about 6000 kms on it and the torque converter shit the bed. The shop that installed it had to take it out and send it 4 hours away back to napc for warranty repair. They repaired it and the shipping guy shipped it to Vancouver instead of grande prairie and then the transmission was lost for a week to find out it was still sitting in Vancouver so they sent another new transmission to no limit... read more

Very bad transmissions! Stay away. Will not honour warranty on transmission that is less than 9 months old is showing p0740. Will be needing work. Stay away from this trash!
NAPC rebuilt my transmission on my Nissan Sentra in July of 2021. They did a great job and treated me excellent. I just had it check by them and it is working perfectly and they again treated me excellent. Highly recommend them
