The office procedure was polite, and everything, from forklift loading to easy in-and-out, was done promptly. It was a hot day, so parking on the street was convenient. If there’s a line, just park and go inside. Check in, and the forklift drivers will guide you inside.
These people are extremely slow, meaning if you’re coming here to get loaded, you’re going to be here a while. The only reason I can think of is that they’re totally incompetent.
Stay out on the street when going to pick up .. sign in and maybe watch a video if you do not have a safety card from this facility
Open at 0700, both office and loaders are the nicest people. Room to park and spend the night on the street outside the gate. A little slow to load sometimes but not always.
