Josh is very accommodating and there for his tenants. He does his absolute best in making sure everyone on property is taken care of in a timely manner. Best landlord so far and I know he'd continue to be. He cares for his people and property and thats a huge factor in running a park. Thank you.

It's nice and clean and they are definitely updating alot of trailers it makes you reconsider what our parents told us about cold small trailers they are beautiful and affordable and another pluse you don't have a bunch of ppl calling and just wanting to help.(they do expect pay for their kindness the reality ppl on some websites) I do love looking at the new ones and wishing I had waited just a week longer lol
We live here. Very quiet community
