It's nice and clean and they are definitely updating alot of trailers it makes you reconsider what our parents told us about cold small trailers they are beautiful and affordable and another pluse you don't have a bunch of ppl calling and just wanting to help.(they do expect pay for their kindness the reality ppl on some websites) I do love looking at the new ones and wishing I had waited just a week longer lol

It's actually a pretty nice looking place they are taking out old ones and putting new in it's definitely big and was comfortable to visit my family, I was going to fill an application out but found our house so we didn't get the opportunity too but if something goes south I can say I'd live their
