Super nice people, Josh and Kylea! I just bought a home in their park in Indianola,IA. They've been extremely helpful and super patient as I remodel my new home. I greatly appreciate their kindness and look forward to living many years in the park.
Josh is very accommodating and there for his tenants. He does his absolute best in making sure everyone on property is taken care of in a timely manner. Best landlord so far and I know he'd continue to be. He cares for his people and property and thats a huge factor in running a park. Kylea being office manager now, she has done nothing but show amazing kindness and love to her tenants. Shes outgoing and very generous to all. We love her and so do our kids. She rocks! I can’t say enough good things about this community. My grandparents used to live here years ago, and seeing how much it’s changed for the better honestly means a lot to me. Since Josh became manager, there’s been such a noticeable difference.. everything looks cleaner, brighter, and more cared for. Kylea and Josh are fantastic. My parents have lived here for over 20 years and for the first time something is being done about the park in the right way. They’re amazing and actually care about the park. So excited for the parks future with these two!! ❤️❤️
Josh and the maintenance man do a very good job at getting whatever it is that needs to be done, done in an efficient time, n manner. The whole team are very kind people to me and my sisters. There was a couple things we needed fixed in our home and they got to it as soon as possible, and did a good job fixing it.
